Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 2 nos egg (only white)


  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Caramelize 1/4 cup of sugar.wait until become golden brown
  • Pour it in a mould and spread evenly then keep aside
  • In a bowl take egg whites of 2 eggs and 3 tbs of suger .then beat it until get a thick foam .add vanilla extract and beat again.
  • Pour the mix into the mould and spread evenly
  • Put the mould in a steamer and steam the mix about 15 to 20 minutes on a medium flame
  • Let it cool completely and refrigerate around 2 hours.
  • Unmould the pudding and enjoy
