Caramelize 1/4 cup of sugar.wait until become golden brown
Pour it in a mould and spread evenly then keep aside
In a bowl take egg whites of 2 eggs and 3 tbs of suger .then beat it until get a thick foam .add vanilla extract and beat again.
Pour the mix into the mould and spread evenly
Put the mould in a steamer and steam the mix about 15 to 20 minutes on a medium flame
Let it cool completely and refrigerate around 2 hours.
Unmould the pudding and enjoy
